- Logo in SVG format (<10Kb)*
- A call back URL where UIDAI will post the response data*
- Organization Name to be displayed in Aadhaar App*
- Domain Name for verification*
- Public Certificate with 2 Year Validity*
- Application ID - Android/iOS (App to App intent call)#
